This site offers its' customers a wide variety of information and different products such as:  flower bouquets, balloons' bouquets, sweet garlands and flowerpots. Moreover, we offer flower deliveries all around the country. ( below – the facilities ) The site is in the ownership pelay prahim.

·         The regulation is written in a masculine gender but it relates to the two of the sexes, the use of the masculine gender is for the convenience.

·         All the purchaser of product / facilities in the site pledges and affirms that he / she has read the regulations and agrees to its' instructions.

·         In general most of the products can be sent to many areas in the country. Except for special products such as printing on flowers and stand of balloons. For further information clarifications you may consult with the staff of the store.

An acquisition of facilities and condition of use in the site

·         The use of the site is for the acquisition of facilities or for clarification of information and not for other targets.

·          Every person that is over age 18 years and in his possession a valid credit card is entitled to acquire facilities and products by means of the site.

·          The order/ offer (below – offer) of the buyer of facilities will be accepted in the following conditions:

Policy of facilities and prices

·          Orders in the site will get accepted in the purchase over 70 shekels only.

·          The deliveries are only in the country.

·         Varied services and prices in this site might change from time to time according to kolzer discretion.

·         In case that an order of a product was carried out through the site and it turns out that the product was run out, Kolzer Company will provide the buyer of similar product to the one that was ordered by him.

·          If the company was run out of any ordered product the customer will be sent an announcement by means of the telephone.

·         The delivery will arrive at the wanted objective within 4 hours from moment of approval of the order. On condition that it was carried out in the activity hours of the order center: Sun. – Thurs. 09:00 - 18:00, Fridays and holidays' Eve 8:30 - 12:00. Except for holidays' eve if it's impossible to pledge to the hour of arrival. On those days the orders  will be provided during the day.

·      On Saturdays and Jewish religious festivals the store is inoperative, and the orders that will get accepted in the site on these days will be provided on the next  business day .

Details of the customer and the security of the site

·         When he customer is interested in purchasing a product on-line he will have to feed the system with personal details, credit card number etc... '(Below – the details). Managers and / or who on behalf of them of the site are not responsible to the typing errors. Likewise, the aforesaid will not be responsible directly or indirectly if details of the acquisition will not be absorbed in the system / or for all technical problem and / or differently inspired execution of actions in the site.

·         Typing of false details is a criminal offence. Against untruthful details will be adopted judicial steps including damage claims because of damages that liable to be caused to the site / either to its' owner and / or to whom on behalf of them. In this case this data will not relate personal to the operation of the action and will not identify him.

Payment of the products or the facilities

·         All the prices in the site including vat. The recompense for the products will be charged by means of the credit card which details were keyed in the offer.

·         The sum of the recompense will be charged according to the products which appear in the basket of purchases or in the screen of details of the deal – in the process of the fund. This amount including all the items that appear in basket of purchases including expenses of delivery.

·         Policy and prices of delivery - Customer that will order 2 deliveries to the same area of division will be obligated to pay for one delivery. That is only if he / she announce it in advance by the telephone.

Cancellation of actions by the customer /The buyer

·         Customer who is interested in canceling an order can do this as long as the delivery was not exited to his objective i.e. until an hour from time and place of the order. The customer will be obligated to pay 25% of the order.

·          Incase that the delivery was ordered to the other possible day he / she may cancel the order 4 hours before time and place of the departure of the delivery.

Ownership on the site and guarding of copyrights

·         The site contains connections to other sites in the internet. The links are added by KOLZER for the convenience of the surfers. Kolzer is responsible neither to their contents nor to the information.

·         Customer that makes use in the aforesaid links , does this on his responsibility only.

·         Any applicant, who is interested to add a link in this site, is required to turn in writing and in advance for all KOLZER.

·         Every disagreement between the customers and the site will be clarified in Israel in any court.
